    Vegan Protein from Private Supplements is a plant-based protein shake made from high-quality proteins with a complete amino acid profile and contains 24 grams of proteins per serving. We have developed the first plant-based protein shake that is 100% free of lactose and sugar.

    The proteins from our Vegan Protein are among the most important building blocks of the body, such as organs, muscles, skin and hair. This makes it indispensable for both athletes and non-athletes. In addition, proteins are essential for muscle recovery, muscle growth and contribute to the maintenance of strong bones.

    It can be difficult for vegans to get enough protein, which is why Vegan Protein can be a good addition.

    Why use

    Vegan Protein is a plant-based protein powder that can be used to make a protein shake. You take a protein shake as a supplement to your normal diet to get extra proteins in an easy and tasty way.     How do I use it

    Mix 1 full scoop (30 grams) with at least 200 ml of water or (vegetable) milk, more liquid is also possible if you prefer. For example, you can add fruit and blend the shake, so you can make the Vegan Protein completely according to your wishes.

    In addition to your daily diet, take one or more shakes per day. The best times to take a shake are after getting up, immediately after training and at other times of the day when you want to get extra proteins.

    Do we have a recipe for a tasty smoothie with the Vegan Protein?

    Try the following: 300-400 ml (vegetable) milk, 1 full scoop of Vegan Protein, 75 grams of fruit of your choice and possibly 50 grams of vegetables of your choice. Just put everything in the blender and your smoothie is ready. This way you can make tasty combinations with fruits and vegetables.

    I want to lose weight, can I also use a protein shake?

    Of course! We even recommend using protein shakes if your goal is to lose weight or fat.

    A protein shake is filling because of the proteins and contains few calories, so you can save many calories throughout the day. Because you consume fewer calories, you are in a calorie deficit more quickly, which allows you to lose weight and fat.

    Deze eiwitshake is voor vegans echt een aanrader! Met amandelmelk of sojamelk lost het snel op. Goed optie en product voor als je een andere protein shake wiltdan een normale whey protein.

    Vegan eiwitshakes zijn in mijn ogen één van de meest vies smakende dingen en deze shake is een verademing. Smaakt goed, niet al te zoet en niet klonterig of zanderig. Het is dan ook helemaal niet dik wat je vaak wel hebt bij plantaardige shakes dan is het soort van dikke drap. Top product!!

    Lactosevrije choco is mijn favoriet

    Op advies van Private Supplements de vegan shake genomen omdat ik niet tegen lactose kan. Gecombineerd met lactosevrije melk is het heerlijk! Ik doe een schepje met 350 ml melk en zet het even in de koelkast en daarna opdrinken, choco is mijn favoriet🤩
