Which countries do we ship to?

This is possible to the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany.

What are the shipping costs?

Within the Netherlands we ship for free from 40 euros, under 40 euros you pay a small fee of 3.95 euros.

Within Belgium and Germany we ship for free from 65 euros, under 65 euros you pay a small fee of 6.95 euros.

How fast is the shipping?

Of course, we don't like waiting. If you order before 6:00 PM, your order will often be delivered the next working day, but in very small cases it can take two working days. It depends on how busy PostNL is at that time.

Where can I enter a discount code?

You can enter a discount code during checkout, so not in the shopping cart.

Can I combine the discount on bundles with a discount code?

Unfortunately, this is not possible, there is already a nice discount on the bundles! :)

I have ordered but have not received confirmation?

Your confirmation may have ended up in your spam email, please check here. Isn't that in here too? Please contact us and we will check it for you.

Returns

Can I return products?

Yes, that is certainly possible, see the returns page.

I returned my products but still haven't received any money?

When we have received your products, we will refund the amount as soon as possible. It takes approximately 7 days for everything to be processed. Have you still not received any money after 14 days? Please contact us via the contact page.

How do I use the products?

I can't find the measuring scoop?

Take a fork and gently stir the powder, the measuring spoon has probably sunk slightly or is on the bottom. You can carefully spoon the measuring spoon upwards with a fork.

Where are our products produced?

We have the nutritional supplements produced in the Netherlands by reliable suppliers.

I am taking medication, can I use nutritional supplements?

Unfortunately, we are not authorized to provide advice on this. If you are taking medication and want to use our supplements, we recommend that you first consult your doctor or an expert.
